| inFUSE Filling System |
 ASI's inFUSE Filling System, when used in conjunction with good technique and a laminar flow hood, yields an aseptic bag fill. The semi-automatic filling system utilizes a fixture and cap assembly developed and manufactured by ASI, and fully controls the filling interface with no user interaction required with the fill port. What is left after completion is a tamper evident dispensing port. This results in a cleaner, more efficient and cost effective method of filling.
This total system provides a custom approach to your liquid filling needs. the system efficiently fills up to 5 liters of fluid quickly and cleanly. Add to this dispensing features and you have an extremely cost competitive and clean product. Another advantage of this system is the ability to standardize your production and build economies of scale. Because a pre-fabricated, pre-sterilized bag is utilized, cost efficiencies can be obtained by purchasing bags in bulk. The bags can be standard size and configuration for your production. The final product can be customized through the administration set, which can be manufactured with an extremely short lead time. This taken as a whole offers you a cost and time efficient method of providing a more "custom" product to the market. |
