Diagnostic Laminations Engineering

DLE provides specialized and diversified custom fabrication and converting services including roll and sheet form printing, laminating and die cutting to produce a variety of thin profile components for medical device, diagnostic and electronics applications. As an example the individual and combined processes can produce membrane switches and overlays for electronics, cover tapes and backing cards for lateral flow applications or capillary designs for microfluidics and disposable medical devices. Cleanroom and dryroom facilities are available for most manufacturing including pouching, assembly and kit packaging. Technical services include material resources, design, prototypes, manufacturing planning for a smooth transition from low quantity ramp-up to high volume production.
